- Responsible for over-all field-based account management of Corporate accounts to deliver sales
- Maintain an actively-posting client base and grow account size using sales strategies that will utilize both basic products (job posting) and other complementary advanced services (branding and Impact services).
- Expected to deliver at least 2 hours of talk time per day to do account management and offer necessary solutions to client’s concerns
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Telemarketing or Sales
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good verbal, non verbal and written communication skills
- Self-learner and resilient. Exudes passion for helping people, excellence and innovation
- Experience in business-to-business sales or in solution selling is preferred
- Positive attitude and target oriented person
