Job Description

  • Devise and formulate sales solutions
  • Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
  • Provide excellent after sales service to ensure satisfaction of the clients.
  • Expected to deliver 100% of KPI related to revenue, job utilization and retention
  • Responsible for over-all field-based account management of Corporate accounts to deliver sales
  • Maintain an actively-posting client base and grow account size using sales strategies that will utilize both basic products (job posting) and other complementary advanced services (branding and Impact services).
  • Expected to deliver at least 2 hours of talk time per day to do account management and offer necessary solutions to client’s concerns

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Telemarketing or Sales
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good verbal, non verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-learner and resilient. Exudes passion for helping people, excellence and innovation
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or in solution selling is preferred
  • Positive attitude and target oriented person
