Job Description
Devise and formulate sales solutions
Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
Provide excellent after sales service to ensure satisfaction of the clients.
Expected to deliver 100% of KPI related to revenue, job utilization and retention
Responsible for over-all field-based account management of Corporate accounts to deliver sales
Maintain an actively-posting client base and grow account size using sales strategies that will utilize both basic products (job posting) and other complementary advanced services (branding and Impact services).
Expected to deliver at least 2 hours of talk time per day to do account management and offer necessary solutions to client’s concerns
