Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
    or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0, Maximum 30 years old.
  • Strong analytical skills. Quick and timely problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Good skills and knowledge in software, hardware, and network
    management.
  • Willingness to work on-call or during non-standard hours,
    if necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
    quickly.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD,
    or GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
    tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM or
    other similar cloud platform.
  • Expertise in on-premises server management, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows
    Server.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools like JIRA.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database administration.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (good-to-have).
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator).
    (good-to-have).
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications. (good-to-have)
