Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information
    System, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft
    Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process modelling
    and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to interact with
    diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
    environment
  • Experience with Core Banking Systems (good-to-have)
